WOMEN'S RETREAT
RECALCULATING:
CROSSING WHAT YOU ONCE THOUGHT YOU COULDN'T

“Recalculating…”
the voice that never panics, never shames, only redirects.

There is something powerful in that.

Not lost. Not behind. Just adjusting course.

G3 is a women’s strategy and empowerment group
created for women who are ready to stop spinning their
wheels and begin placing their energy
in directions that actually lead somewhere.

Because strategy may only be 5% of life,
but without it, the other 95% can become wasted effort.

You Were Never Meant to Stop at the Shoreline

Sometimes the path forward is not the one you first mapped.

Sometimes the road is closed.
Sometimes the bridge looks too far.
Sometimes the water feels too wide.
Sometimes the crossing feels too uncertain.

And yet, you were never meant to stop at the shoreline.

You were meant to find another way across.

G3 exists for the woman who knows

there is more ahead but needs space, strategy, and support to evaluate

her next move with intention.

What is G3?

G3 is a women’s empowerment group focused on strategy, clarity, and intentional direction.

This is not just about setting goals.

It is about asking better questions.

Where is my energy going?
Is it leading me toward the life I want?
Am I moving with purpose, or simply responding to everything around me?

As women, we spend so much of our lives taking care of others.

G3 creates space to remember that your energy matters too.

Your direction matters.
Your peace matters.
Your next chapter matters.

This Year’s Theme: Recalculating

Crossing What You Once Thought You Couldn’t

This year is not about wandering.

It is about refining direction so your energy lands exactly where your life is waiting.

Recalculating is where adventure becomes intentional.

It is where movement becomes meaningful.

It is where you stop drifting and start directing.

The G3 Recalculating Experience

The Bridge Perspective

Not every crossing is visible from where you stand.

In G3, we explore what feels blocked versus what is actually blocked.

We look for hidden paths, alternative routes, and new ways forward.

Just because you can’t see the bridge doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
The GPS Voice

GPS does not judge missed turns.

It adjusts.

G3 helps women separate data from doubt, emotion from direction, and shame from strategy.

You don’t need criticism.
You need calibration.

Crossing the Water

Water often represents uncertainty.

But it is also where movement happens.

Together, we look at fear, function, support, skills, and tools needed to cross into the next version of life.

There is almost always more than one way.

G3 helps women compare time, energy, risk, and alignment so they can choose a route that honors both ambition and peace.

GPS only works when it has signal.

So do you.

G3 helps women evaluate the voices, environments, relationships, and habits influencing their decisions.
